Contest Steps to participate?

1) Purchase any Ribena products from outlets (physical store or online outlets) in Malaysia, within the Contest Period from 15 September – 30 November 2022.

2) Send in your contest entry to http://ribenatimelessbonding.semuacontest.com/ together with the image of your receipt as Proof of Purchase.

3) Participants must retain ALL original printed receipts as Proof of Purchase. Only valid receipts (including printed e-receipts from online purchases) dated within the Contest Period will be accepted.

Terms & Conditions

Organiser, Duration & Eligibility

1. The Ribena ‘Snap & Win, Timeless Bonding’ Contest [“Contest”] is organized by SUNTORY BEVERAGE & FOOD MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. ["Organiser"]. This contest will commence from 15 September – 30 November 2022 ["Contest Period"].

2. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions.

3. This contest is open to all Ribena shoppers in Malaysia ["Participant"], except employees of the Organiser, advertising and public relations agents, and promotion service providers, including their immediate family members.

4. Participants are entitled to enter this Contest with purchase of any Ribena products ["Proof of Purchase"] at any outlets and online store during the Contest Period. The original receipt indicating date of purchase from 15 September – 30 November 2022 must be retained as Proof of Purchase by Participant for verification.

a)    For purchase via online store, screenshot the order details (must show “Delivered” status) and / or Invoice (from email) with successful transaction made as a valid Proof of Purchase.

5. All contest entries must reach the Organiser before or by 30 November 2022.

6. The Organiser reserves the right to amend/revise and/or cancel any of these Terms & Conditions and/or the Contest Periods at any time.

7. Participants can submit more than one [1] entry but all entries must include the original Proof of Purchase. One [1] original Proof of Purchase is valid for one [1] entry only.

8. Contest entries which are incomplete, late, without original Proof of Purchase, or damaged will not be accepted.

9. Any expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to collect the Prize (if required), it is the sole responsibility of the winner.

Responsibilities & Rights of the Organiser 

1. The decision of the Organiser is final. Any letters, enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no action will be taken against the Organiser.

2. By participating in this Contest, Participants give permission to the Organiser and/or any third-party agents elected by Organiser ["Agency"] to process the Participants' personal data, which is provided through the contest form entries for contest purposes.

3. The Organiser and/or its agent shall take necessary precautions to ensure that Participants' personal data is protected.

4. Values of prizes are accurate at the time of printing. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice. 

5. Prize(s) which are lost or damaged during the delivery process are not replaceable and the Organizer disclaims any obligations to neither replace nor fulfill these prizes.

6. The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest submission process, or the operation of the Contest and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Contest.

7. By participating in this Contest, Participants agree and have given the Organiser the rights to use their name, address, photograph, particulars, documents and information for the purpose of advertising and all other forms of publicity from time to time without any royalty or compensation including, without limitation to any taping(s) and recording(s) in connection with the Contest.

8. Participants will assume full liability in case of any injury, loss, claim, or accident [including loss of life] resulting from participation in the Contest and/or use of their prizes.

Prizes (Total prizes).

Grand Prize: 2 Days 1 Night Glamz (Dome Room with Big Window) at Genting (for 2pax + inclusive of breakfast) x5 winners

Second Prize: Studio Photography (of your choice) worth RM1,200 each x4 winners 

Third Prize: Genting Theme Park (for 2pax) x3 winners

Consolation Prize: GSC e-ticket (for 2pax, GSC Nationwide – Normal Class – 2D) x500 winners

Selection & Announcement of Winners

1. There will be a total of five hundred and twelve (512) prizes to be given away.

2. Each qualified entry (with valid purchase) will stand a chance to win a contest prize. Each participant must purchase any Ribena products, submit their contest entry via  http://ribenatimelessbonding.semuacontest.com/, upload the receipt, fill in the necessary info and upload a photo featuring their ‘Ribena moments’, and post to their Instagram account with the following hashtag #tRibenaTimelessBondingContest and tag the @RibenaMalaysia Instagram page. The most creative submissions will stand a chance to be selected as a contest winner.  In the event of a tie in selecting the contest winner by the contest organiser, the winner will then be decided by the most number of valid submissions during the entire contest period.

3. Winners will be notified via the mobile numbers provided within 4 - 6 weeks from the end of the Contest Period. All prizes must be collected within 30 days from the notice date. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. All expenses incurred to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. 

4. All winners must abide by the Terms & Conditions imposed by the Organiser.

5. Each Participant can win only one [1] Prize throughout the entire Contest Period. All prizes are given on an "As is" basis and are not exchangeable for credit, cash, other items, or voucher, in part or in full.

6. If the Organiser is unable to reach the winner after 3 attempts in 3 days from the notice date, the Organiser has the right to choose the next eligible participant as a winner.

Notice under Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") to consumers of SUNTORY BEVERAGE & FOOD MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.

Dear Consumers,

Under the PDPA, there are various requirements that regulate the processing of your personal data as an individual ["Individual"]. It informs the Individual of your rights under the PDPA, including actions Individuals may take to exercise such rights and its consequences, and in particular: -

a. That we ["Organiser"] collect Individual's personal data directly from the contest form entry.

b. Individual's personal data is collected for the Ribena ‘Snap & Win, Timeless Bonding’ Contest ["Contest"];

c. Individual has the right to access and correct their personal data once given;

d. Individual's personal data is disclosed to an elected Agency for processing;

e. The personal data requested from Individual will only be used for the Contest;

f. The personal data given is obligatory and all incomplete entries will render the participation void;

g. Individual personal data will be validated upon confirming the winners and if there are changes to the personal data, the Individual is required to update the Organiser; and
